One nice thing that RIT had when I was attending there was a 24-hour online library. If I needed a book for research, I could login to the online library, search for what I was looking for, and read the books right online. If I physically needed something that I was reading, I could print it out. It was highly helpful on many occasions. Now, I like to use the Gutenberg Project. This site holds more than 16,000 electronic books. As long as you are in the US, all of these books are available for you to read. Some of the books are licensed to let you do as you wish with them, just read the licensing for the book before you do anything with it. It is difficult just to sit in front of a computer screen and read a book, but if you need a citation for anything, this is a quick and easy way to get it without going to your public library!
